In a long running conflict between the health sectretary Jeremy Hunt and NHS junior doctors the dispute escalates to an all out strike after Hunt refuses to accept the compromise of test areas.

Before the Conservatives came to government in 2010 satisfaction in the NHS was at its highest levels ever. It is a triumph of spin over reality that have allowed this government to not themselves be blamed for the failings they have deliberately created with their NHS 'reforms' and instead be able to point the finger at staff instead. This gaslighting approach has become a significant tactic employed by this government and with a very often all to willing BBC and other media outlets helping out it is becoming all too clear that corporate profit motives are the real agenda driving policy.
