TTIP Or TTP is the trade agreement drawn up between the Obama admininstration in the US and the European Union.

It is intended to facilitate the advancement of free trade and closer partnership business partnerships across the Atlantic. But where similar international agreements have been drawn up in the past governments have been sued by American multinationals when they have failed to win contracts in those countries. And the fear is this will be repeated across te European Union and especially in the UK, where the Conservative Government has failed to protect the NHS from the agreement as they would be entitled to do. With many already fearing this government is privatising the NHS by stealth, this is yet fuel to the fire of the opinion that we will soon have a private healthcare system in the UK.
