The petrol pump bandits hold another another motorist to ransom

Motorists often consider themselves as the victim of the Exchequer and big oil and rightly as prices at the pumps only ever seem to rise but never fall even when the price of oil has fallen over an extended period as it as in 2014 and may well into 2015. The Chancellor has now stated he expects falls to suppliers to be passed on at the pumps, but to many these seem like just empty words and a feeble attempt to garner support from motorists.
